Need help about my Samsung A30. Stuck on Starting Android

My A30 just randomly restarted and then stuck on "starting android...", tried every possible way to get this fixed and still.....nothing happened.

After some research, it seems factory reset is the only way, but I don't wanna lose my data. If anyone can help me, I would appreciate it.
