Generally, if your budget is less than 2k, you should go for a neckband for better quality.
If you don't have an issue with budget, go for something like Samsung buds 2 or buds pro which are available at 5-6k range with offers. Otherwise, you can checkout nothing in ear 1, jbl tune 230, etc around 5k range.
If your budget is around 2 to 3k, and you want a tws, you can go for oppo enco buds2, OnePlus Nord buds or realme buds 3.
Options for neckbands under 2.5k - oppo m32, realme buds series (there are more than one), OnePlus buds z2. All are good enough for the money. You won't find much of a difference.
