I had changed my phone. So used Samsung Smart Switch to put all the needed apps on my new phone. I had to log into the office account again.
All the apps with passwords had to be logged in again.

if you have already account, reset password or create new account in mobile or desktop computer

If still not working, maybe uninstall, reinstall and resign in.
