I am not able to Microsoft's office documents in Galaxy M31, please guide me.

I think it may work.
Go to playstore < Swipe from left or click the three bar line at top left corner < click my apps and games < In update section check if the microsoft app is updated.Then try to open the document.Hope it helps you
