M30s hotspot not detectable by laptop after Android 10 update

I updated Samsung M30s to Android 10 this morning. I enabled hotspot in my mobile and tried to connect my acer laptop that has wifi USB dongle. It didn't detect the m30s hotspot. I was able to connect the same devices(m30s and Acer laptop with USB wifi dongle) before updating to Android 10. Now my laptop doesn't detect m30s hotspot but my laptop detects other Mobile phone hotspot. Likewise other mobiles phone can detect my m30s hotspot and connect with it but not my Acer laptop that used to connect till yesterday. I suspect the issue is with Android 10. Anyone facing this issue?

I too have a same issue, while connect my Samsung Galaxy m31 hotspot to all other devices are working very well except Laptop... I need to reduce the hotspot frequency level from 5GHz to 2.5GHz...There is no option available to customize frequency level or No more Advanced settings option available there...Please help me to resolve this issue...

Problem in detecting Hotspot of Samsang Galaxy M30s after Android 10 update in Windows 7/8/10

Open Control panel --> Device Manager --> under Network adapters select the network adapters that is being used (Mine is Realtek RTL8188CE 802.11b/g/n WiFi Adapter) right click on it and select Uninstall and OK. Do not select Delete the driver software for this device. After the drivers are uninstalled, go to Action tab and select Scan for hardware changes. Installing device driver software will began and your WiFi adapter will appear under Network adapters. Right click on it and select Update Driver Software … then select Browse my computer for driver software --> then select Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer. A list of drivers will appear select the suitable one and Next, the drivers will be updated. Select close. Then in Control Panel --> Select Internet Options --> Advanced Tab --> select Restore advance settings and the press Reset, then check the box with Delete personal settings and Reset. When all is done press close. Please Restart your PC and try again. Put your Hotspot on and select the WiFi at right hand bottom corner on the task bar, select your Hotspot SID name and then connect when asked for password enter it and your done.
