Mere phone m 1 major problem bhaut baar aati hai jaise hmm kissi se call pr baat kr rhe hote hai to call end hone ke baad ya baat krte hue jab hmm apna phone ear se htaa te hai to screen on hone ne bhaut time letaa hai

Hi there,

 

Please perform the following steps:
>Clear the RAM memory of device (Scroll down notification panel > Setting> Device care >Memory> Clean Now).
> Stop the background running app (Tap on the left soft key and close all the running apps).

>Clear the Cache of the phone app (setting>>apps>>top right corner 3 dots>>show system app>>phone >>storage>>clear cache).

>Check for the latest device O/S (Scroll down Notification panel >Settings >Software Update >Download updates manually).
For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app(Open Samsung members app>click on β€œ+β€œicon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).
