Lot of network related issues in M30s.

Dear Samsung I use Samsung galaxy M30s from 2020. But I see lot of network issue in this phone. 
I used Vi and Jio & BSNL sim cards in my phone for network signal checking. All time I see all this sim card work properly in other Redmi note 10s and Tecno camon in3Air, and also works in Samsung Galaxy A70 2018. But only in my m30s it's showing problem like lack of signal, 4g H+ problem( no stable network), when we stop using phone some time internet not working its show 4g but no any sms receives or no load webpages when we again do data off and on its works. I also check my phones hardware its good. I think its software problem. I am not confirm for wich problem. But please do something. I also send error report. And all steps done for network settings its not done.
