How can I lock the screen without pressing power button?

Go to Settings > Accessibility > Interaction and Dexterity > Enable Assistant Menu

Go to settings >Accessibility >Interaction and Dexterity >Enable Assistant menu.
From that Assistant menu tap on the option ' Screen off'. Your screen will be locked.
