You can do I on Smasung too, there is 2 option-
1- Holding few sec on home screen and opening wallpaper, you will get option wallpaper services where 2 option (a) Dynamic Lock screen (b) Glance On Samsung
2- If your phone supports Good Lock then you can wonderland and enjoy what meter wallpaper you want to create it's awesome.
