Jerky audio video experience in Marrow app.

I installed the Marrow app for viewing study lectures, but the audio and video becomes jerky when I  change the  video speed to 2x. Th app developer company Neuroglia says that it is a hardware issue some DRM or the like. Earlier when I was using my iPad, there was no problem. Now when I have migrated to a new Android Tab Samsung Gallaxy Tab A7, I am unable to use my education app Marrow. Please please help.

the Samsung tech help desk is clueless about the tab limitations. am sure that the company can fix the issue with the appropriate update. Only the tech support should acknowledge and highlight this deficiency to the development team . Hope it is done sooner than later.

Feel silly for thinking Samsung new Tab A7 will play the Marrow videos since the older Tabs play it without any problems.

Yes completely agree I have been facing the same issue considering that I bought it specifically for these marrow videos as it's a 2020 tablet and decent processor but lag is sooo much you simply cannot handle it
