Jerky audio video experience in Marrow app.

I installed the Marrow app for viewing study lectures, but the audio and video becomes jerky when I  change the  video speed to 2x. Th app developer company Neuroglia says that it is a hardware issue some DRM or the like. Earlier when I was using my iPad, there was no problem. Now when I have migrated to a new Android Tab Samsung Gallaxy Tab A7, I am unable to use my education app Marrow. Please please help.

is marrow working at 1 and 1.25 x ? and did u try playing YouTube at 1.5 and 2x ? what about other features of marrow like Qbank and grand tests??

just about working with minor hiccups at 1x. Any increase in speed it fails totally.

Qbank and grand tests working absolutely great. No problem in these.

And yes. there's no problem with YouTube either. Plays perfectly at all speeds and playback settings.

Other apps play smoothly ,only marrow app fluctuate and have issue in audio video playback

Have dumped the tab and struggling with a phone. I hope this gets sorted out soon. Thx.
