Hi bro, Try the following steps, prb will resolve. 1. Download and Install samsung smart switch software in your pc from samsung india website. Note : Dont connect your phone to ur pc while installing software. 2. Later Download and Install samsung smart switch app in to your phone from playstore. 3. Connect your phone to pc through usb cable and there shows a software download option and click on that it has a size 3.5gb 4. Download and install complete software. Hope this will work.
