I don't know why samsung asking ideas for free nowadays even when they have alot of IIM IIT crew with them. But let me share some of my thoughts. It may not be upto to the level of IIMs. Sorry for that.

2. Make an option for "Find my bud live" in watch 3 too.. I don't know wether it have that option already. If not, Please add. Not only in watch 3, To all watches including s3 gear and classic.
3. Start the samsung pay via watch in every watcges in India due to this covid pandemic, it will helps alot by not touching phone or handovering CC to a cashier in public place or shopping centre.
Note 20.
1. Add Rack Focusing in Pro mode
Means in Pro video mode sumsung build a smooth zoom in and out and track option. But missed one thing. Rack focusing and Rack speed. We could preset focus points before the shoot starts. Can change the focus points with letters ABCD. Through this we could make a person come from out of focus to focus. And can shift the focus from him to another person with touching with a specific rack speed. Means, focus shifting speed. This will make samsung pro video option to next level.
2. Power sharing request.
Means , when you are sitting in a coffee shop or at any public place, Only 5% charge left in your phone. So the phone will pop up a list of samsung users sitting next to you who have minimum 80% charge in their phone. You can send a request for power sharing through that pop up list, and the other person too will get a notification. If he is wiiling , then he could share some energy with you. Make some points or something for sharing power (based on number of people ) and give some special vouchers at the end of an year. Through this samsung community will get stronger and the battery capaacity complaint will get decrease at a level. Power next to you. All comunication only via samsung id. No personal contact sharing.
You can share power via wireless or tyle c cable.
3. Collaboration with Adobe CC
For making Note 20 series more productive, samsung must tie up with Adobe. And make sure the Samsung pen can use all type of tools of Adobe photoshop illustrator tools.
