1. Try NFC connectivity to other samsung device to fast pair.
2. Use working device's performances rather than samsung smartphone
For example, I have Samsung S21 FE. I use Samsung Dax in my Samsung galaxy book 2 pro 360. Instead using performance of S21 FE, use galaxy book's performance and store local data in cloud. Like one drive work with Word in both devices.
