[Innovation Lab] Add ultra standby mode in setting tab

I am samsung user from s2 days.Back to s2 to now z fold 3 i always wonder why battery life is poor only in samsung phones.Earlier it was due exynos fault but now with snapdragon too battery life is not good with counterfeits. SAMSUNG should add this feature like iphones to completely shut background apps during this mode which can improve standby time. This mode is also available in oppo & realme phones too.
