Hello Members!

Our community is a great place to discover new and innovative ideas for our devices and services. 

Innovation lab is a simple way for you to share your ideas directly with our teams.

In week 19 of #Innovationlab, we are requesting you to share your ideas for the following three themes:

1. Screen Sharing: Proposals on usability of wired and wireless screen sharing through Smart View, DeX or 3rd Party solutions
2. Game Launcher: Proposals regarding gaming environment of Galaxy Devices and the usability of Game Launcher application
3. Galaxy A52/ A72

As a Galaxy user, feel free to suggest any improvement, new feature or make a request which you feel will help us improve the devices.

All you need to do is :

• Create a post detailing your idea/suggestion
• Include illustrations/diagrams/images or any detail you feel will help us understand it better
• Include #InnovationLab in your post title/subject

We will go through all your suggestions to bring significant improvements. Week 19 topics will be open till 23rd May. Week 20 topics will be announced later.

I am a Galaxy A50s user and am very satisfied with this phone but I am getting a problem that is battery drain issue. My phone have one ui 3.1 and android 11. Please fix this problem sir. proud for being a samsung user.

1. I've been facing network issue in my phone
that's why I am not getting good internet speed.
There is not an issue with my sim because when I
use that same sim in other phones, I get faster
and better internet speed. That's why I'm
requesting you to please provide Carrier
Aggregation Support on my phone.
2. Screen recording has become very crucial
nowadays. Almost all Android phones have got
inbuilt screen recording feature after Android 11
update except samsung M series including my
phone. I don't want to rely on other third party
screen recording apps. Why would I use any other
screen recording app when samsung has its own
well optimized screen recording feature?
3. Samsung keyboard is my favorite keyboard but
due to lack of clipboard in my phone, I have to
use Gboard but I don't want to use it all the time
on my phone, why don't you provide clipboard in
m series like m21, m31, m31s? Clipboard makes
everything so easy to do typing and study work.
So I'm requesting to all Samsung team and
developers to provide these three essential
features on my phone as soon as possible.

Take it off unless you are able to resolve the issue identified and reported on day 1 itself, even after 75 days you seems no way close by to resolution.

Hey u can try this- first power off the phone then and to start the phone again press the lower volume key and power button and holding it for few minutes.
When u do this samsung logo and other text appears and then phone vibrates and then again the same logo appears. This repetition happens 9 times max I think. During this process please keep pressing power key and lower volume button together. After the phone starts again some overheating will still persist but after that it should be fine. Now I don't know if this will work but u can at least give this a try. Do tell if phone improves.😀
