Hello Members!

Our community is a great place to discover new and innovative ideas for our devices and services. 

Innovation lab is a simple way for you to share your ideas directly with our teams.

In week 17 of #Innovationlab, we are requesting you to share your ideas for the following three themes:

1. Galaxy A32 (5G,LTE) / Galaxy A02: Post launch feedback
2. New Galaxy A Series (A02/A12/A32/A42/A52/A72): Launch feedback & competitive VOCs
3. Android Auto: Feedback on ease of installation, usability, application availability and competitiveness

As a Galaxy user, feel free to suggest any improvement, new feature or make a request which you feel will help us improve the devices.

All you need to do is :

• Create a post detailing your idea/suggestion
• Include illustrations/diagrams/images or any detail you feel will help us understand it better
• Include #InnovationLab in your post title/subject

We will go through all your suggestions to bring significant improvements. Week 17 topics will be open till 9th May. Week 18 topics will be announced later.

1.Huawei and honor devices offer Data restriction (not just background data) they allow users to restriction of Internet to apps via both WiFi and data even for some of the system apps. Its a best way to control ads and also good for privacy of user data
But samsung no such thing here. 😛 #innovationlab

2.less costlier to flagship devices of other manufacturers (Huawei,honor,xiaomi,poco,lg,etc) offer first party applock with biometric abilities

Meanwhile in samsung phones we have to install a third party applock to protect personal apps without going into secure mode everytime which can be uninstalled to get the app out of lock and also ads that comes with it, user data has to be shared to third party servers. Make your own applocks #innovationlab

3.note users had a option called pen window which let users to draw a window and run any app in that window (another level multitasking) without interrupting main app on screen even in landscape mode (i know people will come and u have edge function use that but edge disappears at landscape mode ) give that option back #innovationlab

4.samsung has been producing great camera sensors and equipments but every galaxy has shutter lag issue in auto photo mode its like we have a flagship phone but sorry you have to be still to get a clear photo .make it quick we need sharp photos of exact moment of that click

5.ability to uninstall unwanted (for user) system bloat ware kinda apps if a user wants such kind of samsung app we all know that its there in galaxy store we (user) will install if needed

6.when you drop notifications panel we have so many great functions thats great yeah my phone has 3 pages full of it but still there is a plus sign to add more functions pls hide that plus sign it feels like incomplete. #fixthat

7.ads and promotions in a flagship phone that costs a fortune to buy is not that premium experience #fixthat remove ads

8.while others uses li-polymer battery which are more reliable and less heating samsung phones come in li-ion battery no wonder why phone lacks stamina #innovationlab

9.sell only the best chipset phone either exynos or snapdragon dont rob people in daylight#fixthat
Atleast change the names so people can know what they are stepping into

10.ios has better organising ability ios devices allow userto manage cards and also transport tickets, boarding pass etc using wallet software in every country but samsung only manages to pay just like its name states make samsung pay into better wallet#innovationlab

add a functionality in a samsung note

like we are making a note of some particular heading and in that there is some keyword and we have already made a note about that keyword so some link adding option to that keyword so that we can access that note which has that keyword as the heading

in short opening a particular note from some other note
