Hello Members!

Our community is a great place to discover new and innovative ideas for our devices and services. 

This week, we are starting #InnovationLab, a simple way for you to share your ideas directly with our teams!

In week 1 of #Innovationlab, we are requesting you to share your ideas for the following three themes:

1. Galaxy Store
2. Bluetooth
3. Samsung Pay

As a Galaxy user, feel free to suggest any improvement, new feature or make a request which you feel will help us improve the above mentioned apps/features.

All you need to do is :

• Create a post detailing your idea / suggestion
• include illustrations/diagrams/images or any detail you feel will help us understand it better
• Include #InnovationLab in your post title

We will go through all your suggestions to bring significant improvements. Week 1 topics will be open till 2nd August. Week 2 topics will be announced later.

how can i off proximity sensor in galaxy s9 plus android 10 plzzz

1. Samsung Smart Caller Id is of no use. It never shows the caller name while receiving call from the unknown number. Pls update it.

2. Since long time I am asking to update screenlock option with fingerprints like it's in A5 2016 i.e. Using "Swipe" option in screenlock and keep the registered fingerprints in the mobile. In A7 2018, I could not use swipe option for screenlock without deleting my registered fingerprints.

3. Bad network reception in A7 2018. Same service provider, same location, same home but other phones of my family members (including samsung) always show the full network.

4. Night Mode, Macro and take shot with a specific color. It was in my one model of the samsung mobile. If I select the red color and capture a pic, only red objects will be captured in color & rest will remain B&W. Though pick a colour option is available in edit section, but it's not effective, as it spreads in other objects too. First Triple camera phone of samsung but nothing special on the name of features.

4. In upcoming models, infrared port could be added, as people now like to use their phone as remote control for their several electronic appliances.

5. Inbuilt applock. Though samsung's app is available in play store, it does not have option to lock settings to avoid the uninstallation of the lockapp.

6. I always find the low sound output in all samsung phone speakers. I think it should be little louder, but with quality sound.

I guess my samsung galaxy A51 lags a bit while turning on the face unlock feature...i think is should be improved and the fingerprint sensor is a bit slow too....i guess it can be resolved in the next update
