Increase number of fingerprints in M21

Add more numbers of fingerprints (currently only 3) in Biometrics & Security in Galaxy M21. 

Also, add a screen recorder in Galaxy M21.

You can use two figures in one slot. Simply register your two finger while enrollment. You'll get six fingers get registered in your phone. Then coming to Screen recorder as it is one of the official feature of Android 11 so it will come in future updates but not in ONEUI3
