Samsung made it's place in Tech world, but need definte upgrades to become better in all ways.
Thoughts:-
1. Well pointed focus on A series, because most of the people go for it because they can't handle top end handsets & it got covered almost there needs. But immediate needs of improvement in
1. Camera, especially avoid that depth and macro camera. Am a photographer, still I never suggest someone to use that camera because of low quality result. Most of the reviewers already started making fun of it. Always go for atleast 2x OIS Telephoto. It will change the game. That transition from Ultrwide to wide feels boring, people are counting on smooth experience.
Selfie cam is good, but definitely go for atleast EIS in 1080p 60 (from A series onwards)
2. Battery:- Must 5000 mah, everybody changed we are not still in track. Hope fast charging changes will come soon.
3. Sound:- Speaker output should need loudness, sometimes I can't hear ringtone clearly in a traffic place.
4. Mobile photography:-
Most of the people especially youth like me are looking for a mobile with excellent camera's, Full pro mode is there for Samsung, but pretty much limited in devices even above 35k, in 10k phones other brands providing way more features.
Must try to add a touch to focus in camera for better macro photography, that will definitely increase interest in mobile photography people.
Night photography is so popular now that a Chinese company is providing fantastic night photography features in night mode and special camera modes for easy usage of people. Samsung lack any special modes like, light painting, long exposure...etc. just add it from A series onwards and see the magic.
Must and must RAW capture from A series, mobile photography hugely increasing day by day and I hear this question every day where is the option to shoot on RAW.
5. Three finger screenshot, that's has a special place in people's mind.
6. Most of the samsung mobiles , especially mobiles under 40k has a signal reception issue. That's a fact and that's a huge problem, because we can't suggest a samsung device to anyone under 40k knowing that issue will strike. Much much important to take action on it.

Because one ui 6 supports multi touch while selecting,
but navigating UI with one hand while the other hand is busy would be difficult.
So an edge panel option is necessary.
Basically freeing your hand for some time.
Edge panel = temporary clipboard

Drag and drop in edge panel

Now you hands are free for some time
