Hello dear users and officials I think my device is Hacked what I can do please give some tips can samsung customer care help me or no ?

And can I exchange it's completely new like without any damage can I exchange it with new one tell me if you know something about it I am ready to pay some money to get a new phone in exchange

Cause mu friend opened a website in my phone which I think was malicious

Nothing to worry as You mentioned that you have already reset your phone to factory settings.

If you are still worried,
Go to settings > apps and check if there is any application that you did not installed. If yes, delete it.

Settings > security and privacy > Auto Blocker (turn it on)

Settings > security and privacy > permission manager and turn of unnecessary permission given to applications.
