1. Try to avoid dropping your phone's battery level below 15%.

2. Try to charge your phone up to 70/75%.

3. Fast-charge your phone, only and only if you are on a tight schedule.

4. If you have a high-end phone with a 45W adapter, fast-charging is not recommended - in that case, a slow-charging will trigger a 15W power, which is way more efficient. If you use 25W adapter, then fast-charging is okay.

5. Charge your phone up to 100% twice a month - but, make sure that your phone is switched-off this time.
