How to use the galaxy note 9 as webcam. Need help.

Can some one help me how to use Galaxy note 9 as a webcam for a camera less computer or laptop. And the requirements.

Hi, you can use Droidcam from Playstore.

But without any additional apps can we not go with HDMI cable. Will it be posible.

There are no such settings to share your phone's camera to be used as webcam via hdmi. Besides, how will you connect hdmi to your phone? Use the USB cable instead and that app. That will definitely work.

If you have Samsung dex, and have zoom installed on your phone, you can easily do what you are asking.

I have checked in my records we do not have the official app which allows the device to use only as a camera.
