How to Switch off the phone for a longtime?⚠️

Hello, my dear samsung memebers ...😇

 I need your suggestion if any tech expert is here so you can guide me better. 

 For educational purpose and semesters, I want to switch off my device for a long time like 6 months atleast. During this period, the phone will be in unusable condition and in switch off mode📳. 

 So after 6 months, when I'll restart the phone, will it affect any hardwares like battery etc.....

 Also I'll miss a lot of security updates between these days....so I think it will not affect because after restarting again, I'll update the phone to its latest security patch running at that time.....

 But can anyone please suggest me any security tips that have to do before switching off📴 to protect phone hardware along with its software.

I would suggest charging your mobile between 45 to 65% and then switching off to keep the battery healthy

Try to charge your device atleast once between 3-6 months to keep your battery healthy.
