Hidden security settings.

Hello samsung members today I am sharing one hidden security settings in your galaxy smartphone that isAuto blocker most probably seen in models havingKnox security. I saw it was turned off by default in most of the devices. We need to manually turn on that. Basically this feature blocks data leakage when your device is connected to a public USB for charging. To find this go to settings>privacy and security>Additional security settings>Auto blocker.

Try restarting your device also ensure your device software& google play system update is up-to-date, update system apps using galaxy store and update apps from play Store.

Did you installed any app that consumes more battery?
Is your device software updated?
Try battery digenotic in device care(only available if you installed samsung members app)

Software is not updated in my galaxy note 10 plus since, I purchased it . I have not installed many apps except chrome and google, now wish to update software, so how can I update please help me. Thanks

Download and install available software updates by following safe updation steps earlier I have shared here. Update system apps using galaxy store. Update all Google apps. Also update Google system update in privacy and security updates (I have shared a post about that here)
