Hey, have you seen the new Weather app from Google? It looks awesome, but it doesn't have any animations yet. It works on Samsung devices though.

We have Indian Meteorology departments Mausam app for accurate weather and severe weather alerts. But it doesnt look as good as this, no animations, no widgets and of course bugs too ( but its better than ones expectations ).
Try it out for its functionalities.
