I don't remember my Instagram password and nor do I have access to the mobile number i used while signing up. Can someone suggest me any ways what to do?

reset password from Facebook or directly from Instagram option available forget password

Instagram and Facebook both passwords are same,usually we can auto sign in Instagram,otherwise pls reset your password in fb
