Please reset your device first and if it's still the same then you've to replace your motherboard and that cost 8000 .

Have you tried complete reset?
Or try uninstall uninstalling updates of Android System Webview and Google app.

Simply downgrade your device if you want to keep your mobile phone safe.
This is the update like that was given by xiaomi once and that update destroyed many phone's motherboard then the company itself gave free motherboard replacement and they officially gave the statement but here's a samsung A BIG COMPANY won't do this , so if you want to keep your mobile safe then downgrade first and don't upgrade till the last stable update ,You'll know when to do that after getting some user reviews.
M & A series are already dead due to the recent update.
Your restart frequency of 3 will get converted into 15 -20 slowly.
Save your phone.

Generally when you get any OTA update, please wait for 1 month or more and only then go ahead with the update .
Lot of users are complaining about bricking their device right after updates and some are reporting it after 2-3 weeks
So it's best just to wait for a month (or maybe two) and then go ahead
