Did you get this figured out??!! My S10e shows weak battery. I went and had the battery replaced at Batteries Plus and it STILL shows weak battery!! I bought mine about 2.5 yrs ago new. It says it takes 1 day and 1 hr to charge (on a fast charger)! When I got the battery changed they tested it and verified it was charging at 1/10 of norm. But when I got home it still took all day to charge and still showing weak battery status. The phone itself still lasts almost as long in normal use but the problem is in the charging. Went to T Mobile to see if they could look at the port to see if it was clogged or one of the pins was broken or whatever but they refused to look at it. Same place I bought it!! I'm beyond pissed right now bc it's so frustrating! Was hoping you found a solution. Btw - I put in an external memory card about a month prior. Was wondering if this could have anything to do with it?
