I was trying to update my a20 phone and i was downloading the update but when it reached 100 it started saying connecting to server please wait...

So can anyone tell me what to do?

I think this is a software update. Try to download it using Wi-Fi or with a stable internet connection.

my mobile is Samsung Galaxy j7 Prime and in this mobile I am changing the ringtone but it showing unable to set ringtones. like displaying my problem is I am not able to set ringtones in my mobile
