Google Chrome and Web view not updated

Why my galaxy phone not update Chrome and Android webview. Can any one suggest

Update everything then update them !
Uninstall playstore updates clear cache and then try to update

Yes, I have noticed this in A70. May be it has to do with the App crashing problem. A precautionary measure perhaps.
