Gift Tax on winning prize ( Samsung Members Contest ) **bleep** or real ?

Hi, 

I have received an email from  <membersindia@samsung.com> that i have won a 5000-RS voucher and have been asked to make a payment of 1500RS ( as a gift tax) to their bank account. 

Is this real ?

Sir i also received the 10k voucher message by same email and asking for 3000 tax,is it real or **bleep**

Yes , as per revised govt norms, gift tax at 30% is applicable now irrespective of coupon value.

And in the mail they are also asking for voter id/passport/electricity bill which i do not have on my own name,so what i do ,
Can i provide my father identity details can you confirm
