Your "Battery Protection Mode" is ON that is why your battery charge is not moving beyond 85%. To turn OFF this option first Go to Settings < Battery and Device care < Battery option < More battery setting < Protect Battery option. Now turn OFF Protect battery option Now your battery charge will move beyond 85%. "HOPE this Article May HELP You."
