I have network  issue  in my Samsung galaxy f12,

Some times call connected but can't get any sound from other side, other side user can't get any sound from my side

Please help to solve my issue

All mobile network settings is accurate 

But i can't solve this problem 

Please guide me resolve it

I think aap jio & airtel ka sim use karte ho.. aap net airtel ka use kre aur jio me call aayega to ye hoga hi.
