I ordered SAMSUNG Level U2. But there is mic issue in it. Within return period I visited my nearest service center. They replaced it but the new device has the same issue. I have proved it with call recording but they are not accepting it. They say there must be issue with your device. I tested on different devices including iPhone 12 that is one of the most expensive phone in the market. But still they are not ready to accept the truth. Samsung support asked me to replace the device once again but the service center denies to replace it. Neither Samsung support nor service center, nobody is helping in even when my device is only 20 days old which comes with one year warranty. I hate Samsung. I was Samsung lover, I made many people buy Samsung phone, but I am never going to do it again. I am leaving Samsung. Hate you seriously
