Yeah that option existed in S9+ too. But when I switched to S21FE there was no option of Dedicated fingerprint. Instead you can use routines to open secure folder with specific fingerprint

For that you will need to install routines+ module from good lock app. Then you will see the option "unlock with fingerprint" in routines
