Exynos processor

I mailed to Samsung about their exynos chip set,and you know what they said to me, they heating issue depend upon situation, environment and what type of application you run😆. Also talk with dealer he or she will tell what phone you need😆.

What's your opinion please tell me. If you have ever mailed them and got the same answer then please do reply.
