Samsung started beta testing the Android 15-based One UI 7.0 update in early December of 2024. It has since released three beta builds for the Galaxy S24 lineup in India, China, Germany, South Korea, Poland, the UK, and the US.

Shortly after rolling out this update, Samsung issued a warning for beta participants. According to the company, Galaxy S24 users who installed a One UI 7.0 beta build must update to the latest version to receive the stable build. Anyone who exits the program early without installing the latest beta build may not receive the stable update.

However, the stable One UI 7.0 should be available for your Galaxy S24, S24+, or S24 Ultra if you roll back to One UI 6.1 after exiting the beta program. With the stable rollout expected soon, Galaxy S24 users are advised to ensure that their phone is running One UI 6.1 or One UI 7.0 beta with the build number ZXLJ.
