Dual whatapp pdf not opening

I am unable to open pdf and documents files from Dual Whatsapp. And also the downloaded file not appearing in file folder. And after some days the old document and pdf files are not forwarding to other contacts....

I also reset my dual whatsapp account...and then also it didn't changed yet ...same problem

As I am using samsung galaxy note10+,

But at the same time I am able to view/download the pdf file in main whatsapp.

If anyone knows the solution... comment below!..

Same problem. It's the issue with recent whatsapp update. Samsung can't do anything. Until whatsapp wakes up that there is a problem, it's of no use.

Take backup, Install Whatsapp business with the WhatsApp Dual Number and restore the Backup Data.
Later disable the Dual Whatsapp ! 🌟

Inspite of enabling the view media in gallery option, no files can be seen in gallery of dual whatsapp.
