Dual what's app files not showing

I'm using A50 in that I installed dual what's app , I'm not finding downloaded fikes in my file manager please tell the solution ,where can I find that files ?

Check whether you've given all the permission to whatsapp in dual messenger or not

I did for only what's app with dual messenger option in my phone ..

Check it with other messenger. The reason I'm saying is it may be a bug of WhatsApp app so take a try with another messaging app
