Does Secure folder Drains battery due to same apps outside and storage can I use it for banking or normal is better

it will copy the application in secure folder..
so , u will see the same application inside and outside of secure folder
but you can use it as extra security.
without logining / using the application outside secure folder

Well, secure folder itself does not drain battery. You need to understand how secure folder work. Basically secure folder assign different data storage for apps (of course with additional security). That means new process and services will run of that exact copy of apps. Means there will be two processes of system apps that are required to run basic functionality of android and google services. Thus draining battery and using extra ram.
