Deleting numbers from call log.

I deleted massages and calls from a number, and I don't  have that number on my contract list, but it is still in my phone when I search it.

How can I delet a number so that it won't appear in my search?

yes you can. it is showing because it has been saved at more than 1 place like your phone Samsung account & or your email account saved on your device. you will have to go search for the contact in contacts go to edit & then on top you will see where all the contact is saved. Then you need to select each place where it is saved then delete it 1 by 1 from each location.

make sure all your contacts are getting saved in any 1 of your accounts so that this does not happen again.

unlike your contact from other accounts and then delete from all accounts you sync your contacts.

I found the solution finally.
In case anyone is interested to know, you must go to recent calls then click the three dots that are on the right hand top corner, then click to the option which says (show messages), then press and hold the number you want to delete permanently, and then delet it.
By doing this, the number you want will be deleted from your phone permanently and won't appear any where.
