Delay in attaching images on whatsapp

I've recently gotten an a15  noticed when selecting a video/photo from my gallery, there's an 2-4 seconds lag before the image appears

I clear all cache etc but not works well still

Business WhatsApp is ok 

Simple WhatsApp having problems 

Anyone else facing the same issue? So strange

Got the issue on vivo v25 in my home

Uninstall the app,restart,re install the app. Run Device care. Turn off battery saver. Turn off data saver.

Clear gallery cache😊

Go to android - media - com.whatsapp - whatsapp - media. Go to each folder and delete the sent folder permanently and see.

No one will suggest this because they are illiterates.
