Data connectivity issue with m30s and vodafone

Hi guys,
I'm using Samsung m30s from 3 months.From 15 days I was not getting good data coverage. I checked with different location nothing changed.
I complained to Vodafone re installed settings but nothing helped. Then I checked with other phone in same location it was getting good data. Then I came to know culprit is my phone. I was using sim slot 1 for data then I changed sim to slot 2 and it started working. But now again I'm facing same problem. Sometimes with wifi  also. I have cleared all apps cashe data n browser cookies.Is there any 
issues with Vodafone and Samsung galaxy m30s?
Please suggest..

Hi there,

 

Kindly follow the mentioned steps to resolve the issue in your device.

1) Ensure that network frequency of your device should be selected on Auto-mode.

Menu>Settings> Connections>More Networks> Mobile Networks> Network Mode> Select Auto mode (GSM/WCDMA/LTE).

2) Search for the Network Manually

Menu> Settings> Connections>More Networks> Mobile Networks> Network Operators> Select Manual Search.

3) Perform the reset network setting (Go to the settings>>general management>>reset>>reset network settings).
