Bought a galaxy note 10 plus and my phone is now having moisture detecting issue in the charging port, the phone has never been exposed to any liquid ,hats off to the so called water resistance LOL. My phone is running under warranty and the service center is denying to repair my phone saying the parts are not available ,the warranty runs out in two months and they are not allowing me to claim my warranty. I have contacted the customer care service  for solution and they told me to file a case and i did and no follow up was given. #samsung we pay a huge amount of money for your phone and your service should be also in that Quality. A phone under warranty should never be denied of service. Had my worst experience with Samsung  .

Please visit other nearest service center. Cause it's your money. If you still wait for them then they will delay your service. So. Try to visit another service center.

there are like only 2 servic center opened near my place due to covid,... am getting the same response from both of them brother

😕 This is really bad experience you're getting. Then you can just wait for the response of your filed case. Somehow if you can force them to take your order to bring the needed parts , that's what you can do right now.

Same thing happened with me for my Buds+, these azholes just do extortion of money and cry when its about Services.

my device had same problem. s20 ultra. device is with them for last 15 days. they have supply n demand problem. go to consumer forum you might get new device.
