How to ubtate note 20 ultra android 14

Please improve customer support at least for flagship phones and please help for Green and white and pink line on main screen after update because paying 1.6L just to get this isn't very good
And whenever I comment this thing one of samsung's helpline calls and asks me issue and then just say we can't help then why are they calling for entertainment
And also after updating to latest android 15 my phone's battery is draining very fast please solve this too

1. Removing the S Pen's remote functions made hands-free use harder.

2. Unreliable fingerprint while using tempered glass and face unlock create barriers to accessing the phone.

3. Magnetic wireless charging would make the phone easier to charge.
