Contact recovery issue

How can I recover my contacts deleted feom Recyclebin. I have not yet factory reset my phone. Model - M21.  Anybody can help.

if you saved in google then easily can find by Google or if saved in device and took backup in Samsung cloud then from cloud
as of now download contacts by google from playstore
