I have Samasang Galaxy Note 10+,

When i connect to charger, it shows error that low temperature, and when its become nornal it will be connected to charge....???

Plz advise what to do

The message is caused by a faulty temperature sensor (thermistor) in the phone’s power supply and should be Take it in for repair. you can try warm it up with a hair dryer about 2 minutes then try charging but it's a temporary solution, you should visit service center.

  1. Kindly check the power socket functionality with a different device or try to charge the device in a different power socket. 
  2. Charge the device: Kindly follow the standard charging procedure. i.e; please charge the device in switch off condition.

 

Note: We would recommend you to please Samsung genuine charger
