So I've came across an app named "Galaxy Max hz" developed by a senior XDA developer which will allow you to shift between HD+ / FHD+ / QHD+ according to your need. ( if having a FHD+ display then choose between HD+/ FHD+ )

It'll allow users who have a 120hz display yet don't have 90hz ( 96hz ) option to enable that. ( doesn't require LTPO panel )

This app only requires 1 ADB permission and that is
pm grant com.tribalfs.gmh android.permission.WRITE_SECURE_SETTINGS
You can do it using LADB too as I did.
I tried this app in my A51 and am able to switch between HD+/ FHD+
Can't change refresh rate as A51 has a 60hz panel.

Here' you can see...👇👇

Checked using Display Checker

You'll get toggles like this for convenience...👇
