No, as per my information you can't, but some themes or lockscreen video wallpaper can change animations..

No you can't but there are some animated wallpapers which overlap the original animation so you can get a different effect.

No Samsung doesn't have this functionality though all other Android phones come with this feature....
Sad Samsung is way behind with their technology and features as compared to cheaper Android phones...
